For 10 consecutive weeks, I was asked to adaptively reuse a building in Savannah, Georgia, and transform it from a 3-story H&M retail space to a headquarters office space for the trendy eyewear brand Warby Parker. Throughout this course, I was introduced to city, state, national, and international building codes; how to properly create Construction Documents (CD Sets); and most importantly, how to merge both my B.F.A in Interior Design with by B.F.A. in Graphic Design, and create a workplace and retail area that truly showcase who Warby Parker is as an up and coming brand.
